Our Websites include Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share Button or interactive mini-programs that run on our sites. How your data is stored
The Company securely stores your data at Hubspot.
The Company will keep your name, email address and any individual emails or messages in accordance to the GDPR data retention guidelines. Once this time period has expired or upon an earlier request, we will delete your data by performing a GDPR-compliant delete procedure on Hubspot. All client information including emailing tracking, call records and all other engagement data and activity is permanently deleted.
Marketing
The Company would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.
- Regular newsletters with updates relevant to gem.fit products and services
- Information (if relevant) about the online mobility programs
- Information (if relevant) about the outdoor training sessions
- Information on the Company’s social media handles
- Information for but not limited to: online and physically events, classes, workshops and educational sessions.
If you have agreed to receive marketing materials, you may always opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop the Company from contacting you for marketing purposes.
